The “Virtual Leader” should be required reading not only for those who aspire to be virtual leaders but for anyone preparing to become a member of a virtual leader’s team. To be successful in a virtual environment requires new skills and strategies, including an ability to spot trends and understand how emerging technology can be used to meet business goals. In addition to providing a thorough review of the skills and technologies employed within a virtual enterprise, the author provides numerous examples of innovative, successful strategies for the reader. As an instructor in a 100% online program, this is one book that I will highly recommend to my virtual students.
