Depression and sleep disorders may be caused by too much Internet

People who are constantly connected to the Internet via their mobile phone or computer are more likely to suffer sleep disorders or depression, according to a study.

Those who regularly use their computer late at night are particularly susceptible to mental health problems, researchers claim. The health warning comes from scientists, from the Sahlgrenska Academy at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, who studied the mobile phone and computer use of 4,100 adults aged between 20 and 24.
